Senior Marketing analyst

Designing the upper-level logic for marketing budget management: rules and models for allocating budget across products and traffic sources, validating the approach and preparing it for automation; Developing and validating Early LTV metrics/models to support intra-week performance marketing and budget allocation decisions; Building analytical frameworks and tools for performance diagnostics: identifying drivers of changes, growth opportunities and anomalies across products, channels and campaigns; Participating in the development of an internal AI-based analytics tool for performance analysis, root-cause detection and opportunity discovery; Providing analytical support for the unified BI layer where needed: metric definitions, data validation and selected analytical use cases

Требования

Experience with A/B testing; Strong SQL skills: ability to independently work with large datasets, build complex analytical queries, and validate data quality; Strong knowledge of mathematical statistics and experimentation; ability to design validation/backtesting methodology and correctly interpret results; Strong understanding of performance marketing economics and metrics: LTV, CAC/CPA, ROI/ROAS, conversion funnels, cohorts, and attribution; Ability to build decision-making models and translate analytical findings into clear business rules/recommendations; Strong spreadsheet skills (Google Sheets / Excel); Experience with BI tools (e.g. Superset, Tableau, Power BI); English level B2+
