Payroll Specialist Lead

Вакансия Payroll Specialist Lead в команде Global Payroll Operations компании Remote. Требуется вести полный цикл расчёта заработной платы, обеспечивать соответствие законодательству, управлять отношениями с ключевыми стейкхолдерами, менторить специалистов по зарплате, улучшать процессы и соблюдать KPI/SLA.

Обязанности

Act as a true subject matter expert for the country; Manage existing relationships with key stakeholder within Payroll Implementation, Finance, Product, Engineers; Process full end to end payroll in-house, statutory filing requirements, exceptions, approvals, payments and compliance; Ensure full data integrity and quality; Payroll journals/reconciliations; Focus on KPIs and SLAs; Implement and improve processes; Mentor and support payroll specialists; Back up regional managers during times of absence

Требования

End-to-end payroll processing in-house or within a payroll service provider; Knowledge of payroll best practices; Proficient in using software tools like Excel / Google Suite; Analytical mindset with great problem-solving abilities; Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, international work environment with a passion for making an impact; Is a productivity geek and will constantly think of ways to improve and speed up their work; Understands the need and ideal to work largely asynchronously; Writes and speaks fluent English; Experience working remotely is not required but considered a plus; Experience working on AFAS payroll software is not required but considered a plus
