Enterprise Software Architect

HFM — международный мультиактивный брокер, предоставляющий торговые инструменты и платформы. Вакансия на позицию Enterprise Software Architect в команде IT Services (Larnaca, Кипр). Архитектор будет проектировать и строить внутренние backend-сервисы и API для клиентских балансов, платежей и идентификации, включая сервисы для веб- и мобильных приложений. Установит стандарты backend-разработки, будет кодить вместе с командами и менторить инженеров.

Обязанности

Own end-to-end backend architecture, including service boundaries, data ownership and service communication; Define reference service structures and conventions for new backend services; Set backend and API standards for REST and gRPC, enforced through code reviews and automated checks; Own messaging and event architecture, including delivery guarantees, ordering and idempotency; Set security, observability and resilience standards for backend services; Write production code, build shared libraries and proofs of concept, and modernize legacy backend services; Collaborate with architects, engineering teams and stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust, scalable solutions; Mentor engineers and establish backend best practices across the global engineering organization.

Требования

Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience; 10+ years of hands-on backend engineering, including several years architecting distributed services used by more than one team; Fluency in English; Expert proficiency in Python and asynchronous programming, production experience with FastAPI; Deep expertise in distributed systems, event-driven design and API development (REST, gRPC); Strong data architecture skills across SQL and NoSQL databases: schema design, complex queries, query optimization and performance tuning; Hands-on experience with Kafka and Redis; Experience designing high-throughput financial systems (ledgers, payments, balance processing); Strong background in Docker and CI/CD, working knowledge of observability stacks; Experience with AWS, Kubernetes and Next.js is a nice to have; Excellent communicator; Resumes must be submitted in English; Applicants must be eligible or have legal authorization to work in the country where the position is based.
