Technical SEO & GEO Specialist

People find Replika in three places: Google, the app stores, and AI assistants. This is a hands-on role to set organic strategy across web, app stores, and AI answers, directly owning the work end-to-end. The main goal is to grow organic revenue 2% every month through June 2027.

Обязанности

Own technical SEO for replika.com (crawling, indexing, site speed, structured data, internal linking); Own ASO on the App Store and Google Play (titles, subtitles, keyword fields, short descriptions based on real search volume); Make listings convert (screenshots, preview video, custom product pages, in-app events, experiments); Get every change through App Review and Google Play guidelines; Own GEO (generative engine optimization) to make Replika recommended by ChatGPT, Gemini, and Google AI Overviews; Build search-friendly feature and comparison pages with the content writer; Set the roadmap, ship prioritized tasks, and report results.

Требования

Hands-on SEO experience for a consumer product with proven traffic and revenue results; Strong technical SEO skills (reading crawls, fixing templates, making changes in CMS or codebase); Proven GEO results in getting apps recommended by generative engines.

Условия

3-month contract position with the opportunity to extend or convert to permanent; Fully remote; Multiple locations.
