IT Support Technician

IT Support Technician в международной fintech компании FxPro, работа в отделе IT Infrastructure / Support в Лимассоле. Задача – быть первой точкой контакта для поддержки пользователей, настройка и обслуживание оборудования, управление учетными записями, поддержка ОС и приложений, взаимодействие с сетевой командой, ведение тикетов в Jira, управление физическим доступом и технической документацией.

Обязанности

Set up new user accounts and machines; Install and maintain hardware/software components on user PCs; Keep operating systems and software updated and patched to maintain user-level security; Replace defective hardware or systems when needed; Act as the first point of contact for error reporting and end-user support; Assist users in operating software and computer equipment; Maintain an up-to-date inventory of software and hardware; Collaborate with the network team to manage Telephony systems; Maintain IoT devices (e.g., video conferencing systems, printers, etc.); Work with other teams to troubleshoot and resolve system/network issues; Record and update IT support tickets in the Jira Ticketing System; Manage the company's physical access control system; Update and review technical documentation; Perform additional duties as required

Требования

University degree in Computer Science or a related IT field; Excellent English language skills; 2+ years of experience in a similar role; Familiarity with Microsoft Windows and MacOS operating systems; Understanding of computer hardware; Experience with Windows Active Directory; Experience with Google Workspace Admin is an advantage; Experience with Office 365 and Google Workspace applications
