Regulatory Compliance Specialist

We're looking for a Regulatory Compliance Specialist to join an international FinTech company operating in the electronic money and payments industry. The role focuses on UK regulatory compliance for an Electronic Money Institution (EMI).

Обязанности

Drafting and updating regulatory policies and internal procedures; Ensuring business operations comply with UK regulatory requirements; Monitoring regulatory changes and identifying compliance gaps; Conducting counterparty due diligence, KYC/KYB and onboarding checks; Assessing payment flows, business models and regulatory risks; Collaborating with Legal, Compliance and Operations teams

Требования

Experience in UK Regulatory Compliance, ideally within an EMI or payments company; Strong understanding of the UK regulatory framework for Electronic Money Institutions; Hands-on experience drafting compliance policies and procedures; Knowledge of payment services, AML/CTF and counterparty due diligence; Ability to translate regulatory requirements into effective operational processes
