Обязанности

Handle 3rd line support tickets (complex incidents and service requests); Participate in infrastructure analysis; Support project implementation; Troubleshoot server-side issues, virtualization platforms, and networking problems; Document resolutions and create internal technical documentation; Communicate clearly with customers and teammates.

Требования

3–5 лет опыта в системном администрировании или поддержке серверов; Windows Server; Active Directory, DNS; Microsoft Exchange; Virtualization; Veeam, Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud; PowerShell; Networking; Cloud platforms; IP Telephony (preferably 3CX); Upper-Intermediate English; Higher education.
