Senior Product Manager

Senior Product Manager (HR Tech focus) responsible for driving development of internal products within a broader ecosystem strategy. Requires experience managing complex digital products, HR Tech/Employee Experience background, product strategy, roadmap, backlog, discovery, data‑driven decisions, cross‑functional collaboration, and English/Ukrainian or Russian fluency.

Own the product roadmap, backlog, and priorities for key Employee Experience areas; lead initiatives end‑to‑end from problem definition and solution discovery to launch and outcome evaluation; identify opportunities to enhance UX, simplify user journeys, and automate processes; define product metrics, success criteria, and analyze post‑launch results; align stakeholder expectations and communicate progress, risks, and priority changes transparently.

Требования

Proven experience managing complex digital products with extensive functionality and large user bases; hands‑on experience with HR Tech, Employee Experience, or internal products; strong skills in product strategy, roadmap management, and backlog prioritization; proven ability to lead Product Discovery, validate hypotheses, and analyze user journeys; data‑driven mindset; hands‑on experience collaborating with BA, Design, Engineering, and QA teams; ability to evaluate initiatives based on user/business impact, complexity, and ROI; English B1 or higher; fluency in Ukrainian or Russian.
