Data Analyst Junior / Junior+ [Core Banking]

Обязанности

Reconcile data between the product engine and accounting systems, identify discrepancies, and investigate their root causes; Build and maintain dashboards and reports using DWH data; Improve and standardise reconciliation processes, making them more reliable and scalable; Investigate non-standard product and financial cases together with System Analysts and other teams; Work with production data and gain a deep understanding of how banking transactions move through our systems; Turn complex financial and technical problems into clear, structured solutions

Требования

A mathematical or technical degree from a top university such as MSU, MIPT, HSE, MSTU, MEPhI, or NSE; Strong knowledge of mathematical statistics, probability theory, and systematic thinking; Strong SQL skills; Attention to detail and a willingness to dive deep into complex cases; Ability to work systematically and investigate problems until you understand their root cause; English sufficient for reading technical documentation; Genuine interest in fintech, banking, and financial products; Comfortable working with large datasets and asking the right questions; Experience with Airflow & Streamlit; Experience with columnar databases; Experience building or working with AI agents for coding and automation
